You devote so much time to them, which there is nothing wrong with it, but when the reliance starts… is when you need to be careful. Don’t be so reliant on someone, not that it’s a bad thing to look to your significant other for help, but don’t assume they’re going to be there all the time. We gotta remember to be ourselves, and stay strong and independent on our own. We gotta do things on our own, and remember that being with someone doesn’t mean relying on someone.

At this point in my life, I’m beyond stressed. I’m drained. Contemplating on where I’m trying to go. I feel like I’ve been slowly sinking in this stupid town. The people, the atmosphere, the vibe, the stupid parties, the drama…the girls whom are attracted to the drama. I’m tired of the people here and I want to try something new. Take me somewhere different. Somewhere where I can just blend in with everybody else. I want to move to a place where nobody knows me. I’m tired of seeing the same faces all the time. There comes a time in a man’s life where he’s left with two very difficult choices, to sacrifice everything he has to get to where he wants to go, or just wait it out and see if the cards fall in your favor. I am assuming choice #2 won’t get me very far in life so I’ll have to make amends. I’m willing to sacrifice a lot to just have change. I want change! A change in my lifestyle! From the clothes I wear to the different hobbies I’ll pick up, I want something different. I feel like I cannot be my full potential so close to home. I want to get out of here and just do my own thing. I’m ready to leave the birds’ nest. It’s time to step out of my comfort zone and try something new and fresh!!

Truth is people will always find a way to push your buttons and test your patience. Even the closest people can turn out to be something else. As time passes, one thing is for sure, don’t hold too much expectations in others. Even the faithful will fail to meet your standards. That’s why it’s so hard for me to find the trust in people. People have choices. They have the power to make certain decisions. At this point, it is no longer in your hands to try to depict the outcome.. Truth is people will disappoint you. But ayy it is what it is!
